We keep data collection to the minimum needed to operate a marketplace. The categories we may process are:

• Wallet data. Your public wallet address and on-chain activity relating to listings, offers, and purchases. We never request or store private keys or seed phrases.
• Contact data. Name, email address, and message content you voluntarily submit through our contact form.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, approximate region, device type, browser, and referral source.
• Technical data. IP address and log data used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.

Information is used to display listings and balances in USDT, process and confirm marketplace transactions, answer support requests, detect fraud and abuse, and improve performance and design. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiling.

Polygon is a public blockchain. Transactions, wallet addresses, token transfers, and prices settled in USDT are permanently visible to anyone and are outside our control. We cannot edit, hide, or delete on-chain records. Consider this before linking a wallet address to your real-world identity.

We use strictly necessary storage to keep your session, wallet connection state, and interface preferences. Optional analytics storage, where enabled, is aggregated and used only to understand overall usage. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings; some features may then stop working.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the marketplace — hosting, infrastructure, wallet connection libraries, message delivery for the contact form, and analytics — and only to the extent needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information where legally required.

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and to maintain a record of correspondence. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. On-chain data cannot be deleted.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact us using the form in the footer and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews of our infrastructure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You remain responsible for the security of your wallet, device, and recovery phrase.

The marketplace is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
