You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for ensuring that using a digital collectibles marketplace is permitted where you live, and for any taxes arising from your activity.

Access is through a self-custodial wallet. We never hold your keys and cannot recover them. Any action signed by your wallet is treated as authorised by you. Keep your recovery phrase private — no member of our team will ever ask for it.

USDT is the only payment currency on the marketplace. Every price, offer, fee, balance, and total is displayed and settled in USDT. Polygon is the blockchain network used to record transactions; a small amount of the Polygon network token is required to pay the blockchain transaction fee, and it is never used as the purchase currency.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including title, description, properties, and rarity. Buyers should review item details, the creator, and the current owner before purchasing. Blockchain transactions are final: once a transfer is confirmed it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by us.

A platform fee of 2% applies to completed sales and is shown in USDT in the checkout summary before you confirm. Network fees are set by Polygon and paid separately in the network token. Creator royalties, where configured, are applied on secondary sales as stated on the item page.

Owning a collectible means owning the token recorded on-chain. Unless a creator states otherwise in writing, it does not transfer copyright or commercial rights in the underlying artwork. Creators confirm they hold the rights to everything they mint and list.

• Listing artwork you do not own or have no rights to.
• Wash trading, price manipulation, or fake volume.
• Impersonating a creator, collection, or member of our team.
• Money laundering, sanctioned activity, or other unlawful use.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or attacking the platform.

We may hide listings, restrict access, or remove content that breaches these terms.

Digital collectibles are volatile and may lose all value. Markets can be illiquid, smart contracts can contain defects, and networks can experience congestion or outages. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or investment advice. You trade at your own risk.

The marketplace is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that any listing will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by wallet compromise, network failure, or third-party services.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. We may suspend access where required by law or where activity threatens the platform or its users. Questions can be sent through the contact form in the site footer.
